By accessing the services of Omega PDS (Poona Diagnostic Services), a unit of Sanjivita Diagnostics LLP, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Medical Services

Omega PDS provides diagnostic imaging services (MRI, CT, etc.) based on prescriptions from registered medical practitioners. We do not provide medical advice or treatment.

2. Appointment Booking

Online appointment requests are subject to confirmation by our staff. Patients must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time for registration and preparation.

3. Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical history, especially regarding metallic implants, allergies, or pregnancy, which are critical for MRI and CT safety.

4. Reporting

Radiology reports are professional interpretations of imaging data. Final clinical decisions should be made by your referring physician in the context of your overall clinical condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

Omega PDS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website information.
